Yesterday the reporter learned from Jiaxing Development and Reform Commission (Service Development Bureau), Zhejiang Fangyuan Electrical Equipment Testing Co., Ltd., a service-oriented enterprise of Jiaxing, won Jiaxing Mayor Quality Prize 2018 and Zhejiang Kaihong Logistics Co., Ltd. was nominated for this prize.

“This is the third time for service-oriented enterprises to win such a prize since its establishment in 2008. Different from the previous winners that belong to traditional service industries, the winner this year belongs to a modern service industry and producer service industry.” said an official from Jiaxing Development and Reform Commission. This change indicates local traditional service industry is developing into the modern service industry and producer service industry.

Jiaxing Mayor Quality Prize was established by Jiaxing Municipal People’s Government to praise such enterprises implementing Performance Excellence Mode (PEM), taking the lead in some industry and achieving remarkable social and economic benefit, inspire enterprises to strengthen quality management and upgrade them. The PEM is an internationally advanced management method concerning leadership, strategies, customers&markets, resources, process management, measures analysis and improvement and operation results.
