Yesterday morning, the CPC Jiaxing Municipal Committee held a standing committee conference & a special theoretical group study session to further study general secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on “Zhejiang’s Green Rural Revival Program” and “Pujiang Experience”, effectively strengthened the political awareness, ideological awareness and action awareness of adhering to “Zhejiang’s Green Rural Revival Program” in the new era and putting into practice “Pujiang Experience” to strive to write a wonderful chapter for Jiaxing’s countryside, agriculture and farmer work and create a new primary-level social governance model in the new era. Chen Wei, secretary of the CPC Jiaxing Municipal Committee presided over the conference and delivered a speech, and other leaders were present such as Li Jun, Gao Linghui and Chen Lizhong.

On the 20th anniversary of implementing “Double Eight Development Strategy” and “Zhejiang’s Green Rural Revival Program” and applying “Pujiang Experience”, general secretary Xi Jinping made important instructions on “Zhejiang’s Green Rural Revival Program” and “Pujiang Experience”, fully reflecting his attaching importance to Zhejiang and greatly encouraging us. “Zhejiang’s Green Rural Revival Program” and “Pujiang Experience” have confirmed the decisive significance of the establishment of both Comrade Xi Jinping’s core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole and the guiding role of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era，highlighted the truth of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and brought about Jiaxing’s rural and urban huge changes and great achievements made in primary-level governance, according to Chenwei.

Efforts should be made to further implement and upgrade “Zhejiang’s Green Rural Revival Program” to build Jiaxing into a common prosperity city with beautiful and thriving countryside and harmonious rural and urban areas and into a model city in agricultural and rural modernization; efforts should be made to highlight Jiaxing’ features of the water towns of the northern Zhejiang and deeply implement the action of keeping beautiful every rural corner of Jiaxing to get rural areas more beautiful and livable; efforts should be made to take full advantage of primary-level governance models such as “Experience in Four Aspects of Common Prosperity” and “Xishan Experience” and deepen the construction of corruption-free villages to build a more harmonious and orderly rural society; efforts should be made to ensure the grain supply and integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas to make rural industries more prosperous; efforts should be made to implement the comprehensive pilot reform in terms of strengthening villages and enriching rural people, develop and expand new-type rural collective economy and enhance farmers’ life and urban and rural public services to promote the integrated and high-quality improvement of rural facilities and services, and the balanced and coordinated development of each region, according to Chen Wei.

Efforts should be made to fully apply “Pujiang Experience”, highlight the leadership, implement main leaders-led responsibility systems, settle all long-pending cases and public complaints as soon as possible and promptly resolve disputes and disputes; efforts should be made to restructure relevant systems to constantly modernize the work on public complaints, keep in mind the Party’s mass line in the new era, and continue to harmonize the relationship between the Party and the masses to create a new primary-level social governance model in the new era, stressed Chen Wei.

To implement Xi Jinping’s important instructions is an important political task at present. Efforts should be made to regard the adherence to and development of “Zhejiang’s Green Rural Revival Program” and the application of “Pujiang Experience” as important contents, typical cases and vivid study materials of studying the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; efforts should be made to systematically summarize and refine experience, strengthen study and publicity, inspire cadres to take responsibilities and settle tough problem to make “Zhejiang’s Green Rural Revival Program” and “Pujiang Experience” more easily available to the public in the new era, according to Chen Wei.
