He is in charge of the work on economy, information technologies, sciences & technologies, business, foreign affairs, market supervision, intellectual property, drug administration, finance, anti-smuggling, ports, free trade zones and communications; also he supervises Bureau of Economy and Information Technologies (Bureau of Digital Economy, Bureau of Medium and Small-sized Enterprises), Bureau of Science and Technology, Bureau of Commerce, Office of Foreign Affairs (Office of Hong Kong and Macao, Association of Friendship with Foreign Countries), Administration for Market Regulations (Bureau of Intellectual Property), Shanghai-based Liaison Office of Municipal People’s Government of Jiaxing, Nanhu Academy and Nanhu Lab, and works closely with Taiwan Affairs Office, Overseas Chinese Federation, Association of Industry and Commerce (Chamber of Commerce), Association of Science and Technology, Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Customs District, companies of communications, Jiaxing Branch of China Tower, Tobacco Monopoly Administration of Jiaxing, Jiaxing Sub-branch of People’s Bank of China, Jiaxing Branch of NFRA, Exit and Entrance Frontier Inspection Station, banks, insurance companies, Jiaxing Petroleum Branch of China Petrochemical Marketing Co., Ltd., Institute No. 36 of CETC, Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University of Zhejiang, and Zhejiang Academy of Chinese Academy of Sciences. |
